Holiday Cocktail Hour: An Ode To Paris


The season of entertaining is well underway and with that comes a need for creativity that will delight your guests. Nothing says celebration quite like the popping sound of a champagne cork and the fizzing of sparkling bubbles. Serve up a new take on the favorite celebratory libation and salute The City of Light at your next party or Girls’ Night In. Bartender and blogger, Natalie Migliarini’s twist on the classic bubbly cocktail, French 75, will add Parisian flair to your holiday toast!

1 Cocktail


  • 1 ounce of Citadelle Gin
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 5 raspberries
  • 3-4 ounces of rosé champagne
  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • 1 dash of rose water
  • Garnish: Raspberries and Rose Petals


  1. Add gin, lemon juice, raspberries, rose water, and ice to cocktail shaker
  2. Shake mixture then strain into champagne flute
  3. Top with champagne
