Soma is proud to support AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION, the nation’s oldest and largest voluntary organization dedicated to fighting heart disease and stroke. With the support of donations, AHA funds innovative research, fights for stronger public health policies and provides lifesaving tools and information.
Now through March 11, 2015, Soma will donate $1 for every bra sold, for a total of $20,000. Donations will also be collected at all Soma boutiques and soma.com/aha during this time. Additionally, during new boutique grand opening events throughout the year, Soma will donate 10% of net sales. All proceeds will go towards AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION 2020 goals of improving the cardiovascular health of all Americans and reducing death from cardiovascular diseases and stroke by 20% by 2020.
Soma Associates participated in the Fort Myers, FL Heart Walk.
“This cause is near and dear to my heart. At 13 months old, with 1 in 4 odds, I survived open heart surgery when it was in its early phases of research.” – Laurie Van Brunt
